W.A.S.P. - Women's Ambulance Safety PatrolW.A.S.P. - Women's Ambulance Safety Patrol – Hear the history of the Rockford Women's Ambulance Safety Patrol from Mary Rose Fillip. Mary Rose has researched this wonderful piece of Rockford History. On April 3, 1940, the women of Rockford founded W.A.S.P. Women’s Ambulance Safety Patrol.
