Miss Melinda from Ag In The Classroom will be presenting Try It! How Frieda Caplan Changed the Way We Eat by Mara Rockliff. Participants will create their own self portrait in the style of Italian painter Giuseppe Arcimboldo using pictures of fruits and vegetables, test their knowledge about what the “ins and outs” of fruits and vegetables look like, and enjoy a yummy fruit salad. Registration is requested by July 13th at 815-738-2742.
